Tim is a highly accomplished digital marketing professional, boasting over two decades of industry experience. Tim also holds a 4.89 rider rating on Uber and has a tendency to become too attached with fictional characters.

Charles has over 20 years of experience building and managing digital marketing programs. He started as a web designer. His desire to ensure the websites he worked on were as effective as possible pushed him to learn SEO, SEM, product development, and conversion optimization. He has managed teams (and budgets) of all sizes, and understands the value of focusing on quality results rather than amount of activity. At 6’5″ he is also very tired of being asked if he plays basketball.
